1. Agricultural Consultant

  • Provide expert guidance on hydroponics, precision farming, and sustainable production systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, develop tailored farm solutions, and support clients in optimising yield and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on agricultural policies, technology, and global market trends.

2. Director of Marketing & Communications

  • Lead the development and execution of JOZAGRO’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy.
  • Oversee campaigns, partnerships, and media relations to position JOZAGRO as a global agri-tech leader.
  • Build strong brand visibility across digital and traditional channels.

3. Head of Technology & Digital Products

  • Drive the development and deployment of JOZAGRO’s digital products, including the Jozagro Smart Farm Platform.
  • Oversee product lifecycle, innovation roadmaps, and integration of IoT, AI, and data analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional tech teams and ensure a seamless user experience.

4. Accountant / Finance Manager

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support growth and investor confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and oversee tax, payroll, and audit processes.
  • Provide strategic insights on financial planning and business performance.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across agricultural, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and sustainability frameworks.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and oversee audits and certifications.

6. Operations & Project Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and project delivery across JOZAGRO’s consultancy and technology units.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, resource allocation, and implementation timelines.
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
